Our Pet Policy

Hunters Ridge Apartments allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment, No breed restrictions, max weight restriction 100 pounds.

Pet Fees

Pet fee $325 for 1 pet and $425 for 2
Monthly fee of $40 for one pet, or $50 for two pets.

Staff is very friendly, and the maintenance crew is the best! Lots of parking in the lot and on the street. Very close to both the Arnold Commons and South County mall.

Great place... great people! I hate that I have to move out of this complex because I love living here. It has been nothing but wonderful. I've lived here for a little under a year, and I couldn't be happier; I actually just renewed my lease. They send out a monthly newsletter to keep residents updated on any repairs, etc, and offer fun events a few times a year to win prizes like money off rent, a basket full of St Louis related goodies, etc. Everyone has been so nice and attentive whenever I've had questions, and the one time I have needed maintenance, they were quick to respond and fixed it within a couple days of my request.
