I've lived here for a little under a year, and I couldn't be happier; I actually just renewed my lease. They send out a monthly newsletter to keep residents updated on any repairs, etc, and offer fun events a few times a year to win prizes like money off rent, a basket full of St Louis related goodies, etc. Everyone has been so nice and attentive whenever I've had questions, and the one time I have needed maintenance, they were quick to respond and fixed it within a couple days of my request.
